Do you actually answer the phone at 2am?
Yes. 352-978-7015 is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — not a script, not a callback form. If power is out, or something is hot, smoking or arcing, call now rather than waiting for morning.
What does hiring an unlicensed contractor cost me?
Unpermitted electrical work can fail inspection, complicate an insurance claim after a fire, and resurface as a problem when you sell. Premier Power is a state certified electrical contractor — license EC13005038, licensed, bonded and insured. Ask anyone for their license number before they open your panel.
How do I know if my panel needs replacing?
Common signals: the same breaker tripping over and over, scorch marks or a burning smell at the panel, warm breakers, cloth or aluminum branch wiring feeding it, no space left for new circuits, or a brand inspectors no longer accept. We open it, read what’s actually in there, and tell you whether it needs replacement or repair.
Can you clear a code violation before my inspection?
Read us the correction notice and we’ll tell you what the fix involves, what has to be permitted, and how it fits your inspection date. We’re members of NFPA and IAEI and work to the adopted code cycle.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your address, whether it’s the whole building or one circuit, what changed right before it started, and whether you’ve already reset the breaker. Commercial or industrial: the inspection or occupancy date you’re working toward.
